CM Design Group provided civil engineering design services for this mixed-use development project in the City of Kenmore. The project included four townhomes, a four-story mixed used building with retail on the first floor and ten apartments on the upper floors. The project abutted a King County housing project and SR 522 and required coordination with both agencies.
CM Design Group prepared erosion control, grading, drainage, utility, paving, and right-of-way improvement plans for the project. The water and sanitary sewer plans were prepared in conformance with the Northshore Utility District requirements. CM Design Group prepared permit submittals, coordinated with the City of Kenmore, King County and WSDOT on the proposed improvements.
