Storm Drainage Design

GSI PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES – CITY OF SEATTLE

CM Design Group is a subconsultant to SvR Design on the Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) Joint SPU/WTD Program Management Services project. Seattle Public Utilites (SPU) and King County's Waterwater Treatment Division (WTD) are planning, designing and constructing GSI throughout the City of Seattle from 2012 through 2018. SvR is the prime consultant leading the program management efforts which include developing a GIS Project Manual, supporting the agencies in developing policy, procedures and options analysis as well as providing technical and design support. CM Design Group's role is to review documents and provide feedback to be incorporated into the final documents. Documents reviewed include the Draft GSI Manual, standard details, and GSI inspection process.

DELRIDGE NATURAL DRAINAGE SOLUTIONS 2015 OPTIONS ANALYSIS — CITY OF SEATTLE

CM Design Group is a subconsultant to CH2MHill on this Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) project that will improve the efficiency and provide the combined benefits of City services by partnering with Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) to co-locate Neighborhood Greenways and Roadside Raingardens on approximately 20 330-foot blocks in the Delridge neighborhood of West Seattle within the Longfellow Creek watershed. CM Design Group was involved in the feasibility analysis in the early stages of the project. In the design phase, CM Design Group was responsible for preparing the design plans for two blocks of GSI improvements that included biofiltration facilities with drilled drains, pedestrian improvements and utility relocations.

1063 BLOCK PROJECT – CITY OF OLYMPIA

This project included the procurement of a design-build team, and peer review for the design and construction of the 1063 Block Replacement Office Building Project on the West Capitol Campus within the City of Olympia. The project includes the construction of a new seven to ten story office building. OAC was the prime consultant selected to lead the procurement process in conjunction with the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES). As a subconsultant to OAC, CM Design Group has been responsible for contributing the site/civil engineering elements for the Basis of Design and Request for Proposals, and reviewing the site/civil elements of the design.
